How we Helped Midhani at Aero India Show 2025- Success Story

About the Project
When Midhani, a leading metal and metal alloys manufacturing company, decided to participate in Aero India Show 2025. They reached out to us at Dazzle Events and Exhibitions to create an exhibition stall.
Their goal was to highlight their brand and showcase their high-tech metal products in a way that would impress a global audience and attract serious business interest. We were excited to take on the challenge!
Our Approach
We started by having detailed discussions with the Midhani team. We wanted to fully understand their expectations, branding style, and the kind of visitors they wanted to attract. Together, we focused on:
- Designing a layout that made the booth open, inviting, and easy to explore.
- Displaying their products in a smart, clean, and professional way
- Creating strong visual branding that reflected their leadership in the industry
- Adding interactive and digital elements to engage visitors
Quick Fixes Before the Show
As with any live event, there were a few last-minute changes. Our team stayed flexible and worked quickly to make things perfect:
- We made some structural adjustments to increase visibility across the venue
- Updated the graphics and branding as per Midhani’s latest instructions
- Added extra LED panels and interactive screens to showcase videos and product features
- Improved the lighting on their product displays to make them stand out even more
We handled all this on-site with zero delays.
Behind-the-Scenes Coordination
To make sure everything ran smoothly, we took care of all the behind-the-scenes work:
- Managed logistics and transport for booth materials and AV systems
- Coordinated with all vendors and supervised the stall setup
- Made sure everything met safety and event regulations
- Stayed on-site until the booth was fully ready for visitors
Our marketing, building, and graphic teamdedication and efforts, the stall was completed on time—without any stress for the client.
The Result
Midhani stall turned out to be a major highlight of Aero India Show 2025. The clean design, smart branding, and interactive features attracted lots of visitors—including key people from the defence and aerospace industry.
